Venue Reconnaissance
At the proposal stage, site visits are conducted at all venues to ensure that what we propose is fit for purpose, whether it is a Conference, Awards, Exhibition or Product Launch.
Understanding any challenges with the venue is key at the outset to ensure that the solution we propose has the maximum visual impact. These site visits also give us the opportunity to cement the relationship with the venue in respect of each event and ensure that they understand what will be required of them to meet the projects critical success factors.

Logistics
Owning our own transportation fleet means that we do not have any reliance on third party providers as well as giving us and our clients the reassurance that all of our vehicles are maintained to our very high standards. The trucks are all specially adapted to carry heavy staging equipment and are fitted with specially manufactured racks to enable us to maximise the useable capacity.
These modifications have enabled us to reduce the amount of transport that we use on our events thereby reducing our carbon footprint.

Risk Assessment Services
As part of our Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments and methods statements are carried out for each live event. This not only ensures the safety of our staff and equipment but also the integrity of each event we produce. As with all of Comtec’s event management and production processes, the focus is on mitigating any potential risks that could be deemed detrimental to the success of the project.
The methods statements are vital not only to ensure that we deliver exactly what we have promised but also to ensure that we are transparent with the venue on our intentions and any potential pitfalls ironed out well before the live event.
